Eligible Models:
· MacBook Pro 13” Early 2015
This is a common fault for MacBook Pro 13″ Early 2015 generation devices. The problem comes from the defective trackpad flex cable connecting the trackpad to the logic board. This is the primary source of the issue. Once the trackpad flex becomes defective, it can affect the trackpad and keyboard’s functionality. Most of the time, if the trackpad connection is reset, the problem seems fixed. However, the problem will persist briefly as the main problem is the trackpad flex cable itself. To be able to solve the issue, this part requires service. If you are not a professional, we do not recommend trying this repair, as other parts or components can be damaged during the work if no precautions are taken.
